Facilities at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University

The Executive Conference Room in AC1 is the perfect place to hold a meeting. Comfortable chairs, large tables and easy access to multimedia features like a plasma screen television with webcam for teleconferences. There is also a patio that overlooks the entire campus. The Events Management Office on campus takes pride in offering outstanding facilities to rent to the community. During the summer months we host many week-long camps on campus. If you are interested in bringing a group on campus for an extended period of time we have housing available in our residence halls.

The DLC Auditorium is perfect for large groups of people. Raised seating allows for the audience to be comfortable as they enjoy the wall-sized projection screen. Presentations made in the auditorium are also easily recorded for your future reference. All catering for functions on our campus is provided by Chartwells, our food service company. Any food service needs for an event or camp must go through them. All catering/food service will be paid for separately to Chartwells.

The Activity Center is perfect for any indoor sporting event, or for a presentation that is going to draw a huge crowd. Bleacher seating allows for hundreds of people to be present, and the Activity Center can be easily set up to accommodate any multimedia that you might need. A facilities agreement (contract) must be signed by the customer and our Director of Business before the facility is officially reserved. In addition to the rental fee(s), there is a mandatory cleaning/damage deposit and a catering deposit. There also may be additional cost(s) for set-up, security, media, information technology, signage, additional electrical needs, clean up, etc.
